Join us for a beer tasting on the final day of the conference!
The tasting will be jointly led by Andrew Morgan, beer expert and Managing Director of the Bottle Shop at Canterbury, and Dr Hans Maes and Dr Michael Newall, who will offer insights and invite discussion on the aesthetics of food and beer.
The tasting will provide an alternative avenue for exploring the central conference theme by reflecting on the emerging subfield of ‘culinary aesthetics’ which has helped to expand the boundaries of traditional aesthetics.
Moreover, the tasting will provide the perfect backdrop for a toast to the 10th anniversary of the Aesthetics Research Centre at the University of Kent.
